Blue corn is prized for its vibrant blue color as well as its sweet, nutty flavor and hearty fine texture.  To compliment this flavor we have coupled this mix with Cactus Marmalade, which adds it own sweet, yet tart flavor of prickly pear cactus and lemon.  (Child friendly recipe)
